Florida, specifically Brevard County, is the very best place to live! I moved here with my family in 1961 while attending elementary school and found it to be all I could ever want with its great beaches, warm sunshine and super people. I graduated from Satellite High School went on to Brevard Community College and finally Florida State University completing a Bachelor’s Degree. Upon graduation, I studied for a Residential Contractors License following in my Father’s footsteps in home building and a short time later became a State Certified General Contractor both designing and construction Residential and Commercial Structures throughout Brevard.
After over 20 successful years as a Builder and Contractor I added a Realtor/Broker License in the 90s. My Real Estate career began with Re/Max, and in time I decided I could best accomplish my goals by opening an office, Real Estate Brevard. In 2002, my son, Zack, graduated from University of North Florida with his degree in Business & Marketing and today we work together with the rest of the staff at our Newest Location, 390 N. Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island. What I can give to you as your Realtor is my experience in Construction which allows me to much more fully evaluate and advise you about the Home, Land or Commercial Building you want to sell or buy.
